Ongoing care designed to build upon your initial consultation. These sessions may incorporate clinical somatic bodywork, fascia-focused bodywork, holistic wellness planning, herbal or naturopathic guidance, and integrative therapeutic bodywork strategies tailored to your evolving needs.

Wellness Strategy Consultation

A structured, discussion-based session focused on lifestyle, stress regulation, and holistic wellness planning, along with herbal support. This consultation is ideal for clients seeking integrative guidance through clinical somatic bodywork and integrative therapeutic bodywork, without hands-on treatment.

With over 20 years of expertise, I specialize in clinical somatic bodywork and integrative therapeutic bodywork, focusing on fascia therapy to release chronic tension, enhance mobility, and restore nervous system balance. Through holistic wellness planning, I integrate myofascial release, targeted clinical therapy, and somatic techniques, customizing every session to meet your body’s unique requirements. Restoration Programs

1. Structural Overhaul: 4 sessions/6 weeks. Resolve acute pain/TMJ with clinical somatic bodywork and fascia mapping. 2. Nervous System Tune-Up: 6 or 12 monthly sessions for stress relief and long-term vitality through holistic wellness planning. 3. Growing Garden: 5 prenatal sessions, including Induction & Postpartum Reset, utilizing integrative therapeutic bodywork. (Clearance required).
